Contact Us

Use these contacts to route questions about official Tehama County criminal records. This private reference site cannot retrieve or change government files. Court copies belong with the Superior Court clerk, sheriff reports and county bookings belong with the Sheriff's Records Division, and city police reports remain with the department that created them.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.

Need an Official Record?

  • Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the Tehama County Sheriff's Records Division or jail
  • Official record review: follow the California DOJ Live Scan process
  • Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
  • Expungement and record sealing: file with the court that heard the case
